About Mariko Yoshihara
Mariko Yoshihara went to law school to be a plaintiff side employment lawyer, but fell into the political world as a 2L when she interned for the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee. She has analyzed labor and employment law bills for the legislature and has also worked for Assemblymember Swanson and Assemblymember Fuentes as a legislative assistant. Mariko has now worked for the California Employment Lawyers Association as its lobbyist and legislative director for over 3 years. Mariko is the Director of the CELA VOICE.
